Over the past 10 years I have advised numerous companies on corporate strategy, capital raising, and M&A. I have also been fortunate to work closely with a large bank to help them select principal investments in alternative assets such as private equity funds etc. While I now focus on making private equity & venture capital investments, I enjoy periodically working with fast growing companies in other sectors on specific projects.
